The rooms of the hotel are great, the pool is superb, the spa makes for a rainy afternoon, the food at the restaurant is pretty good and the staff is super friendly and ready to go above and beyond to satisfy its customers.

We were amazed by the hotel. Didn’t expect to get this level of service (we had very bad experience with Albania and didn’t expect anything better close to it). The hotel is located in a very beautiful place with mountains and lake.

The place is very nice. We took a large suite on the fifth floor, a hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, an integrated kitchen, and a large balcony, once and explaining it to the mountains and the lake. The place is amazing.
