This hotel have to get 5 STARS in everything. The staff are so helpfully and sweet and kindness. You will build a friendship with the staff..I will miss this place, but I will come back again believe me. I recommend 100% this hotel. Perfect place, perceft food. All the staff very kindly. Even though the hotel had many clients, the staff was always ready to serve everyone in record time. I believe that every client should leave this hotel satisfied.

We were amazed by the hotel. Didn’t expect to get this level of service (we had very bad experience with Albania and didn’t expect anything better close to it). The hotel is located in a very beautiful place with mountains and lake. The quality of the hotel is really hight (even for EU). The rooms are huge and fully furnished, bath robes, kettle, sofa, smart TV, everything needed. There is a swimming pool, bar, huge balcony and amazingly friendly and supportive staff. The numbers of rooms are even adapted for blind people. A separate thank you for the hotel owner that really supported us, helped with airport transfer and communication with airlines company. Never had this kind of high level service in my life (and I travel a lot). Well deserved five stars from me and my partner! Bravo!
